Accidental Damage Protection

Accidents can happen. Add Accidental Damage Protection at checkout for peace of mind during your rental.


Without protection, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs of up to 150% of the item’s RRP if it is returned damaged.


Minor wear and tear is usually covered as part of the rental. However, items that are significantly damaged and cannot be restored may need to be replaced or repaired.


With Accidental Damage Protection:

  1. Covers eligible accidental damage up to $300 per item
  2. Includes things like minor staining, small tears, or detached embellishments


If damage exceeds $300, you may still be responsible for the remaining balance.


Not covered:

  1. Loss or theft of items
  2. Returns lost in transit without proof of lodgement
  3. Damage/staining caused deliberately
  4. Damage/staining caused by recklessness or clear carelessness

Description

The Elena Dress in mint is soft, elegant, and made to flatter. Designed with a structured corset bodice, delicate lace cup detailing, and a flowing floor-length skirt, it gives the perfect mix of shape and movement. The drop-waist silhouette creates a snatched fit, while the soft lilac shade makes it perfect for weddings, formals and special occasions. Important: Delicate fabric - please avoid rhinestone bags, jewellery, sharp accessories and rough surfaces, as these can cause pulls or damage to the fabric. Damage during your hire may incur repair or replacement costs.

Condition Information

The straps may be difficult to adjust and tighten as the material is thick.

Size & Fit

This style runs slightly small as the material has no stretch. If in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Model is 5'10 wearing size S. Length of dress from bust is 145cm.
