Book a Try-On Appointment at our Gold Coast Studio

Enjoy a personalised styling experience in our intimate and welcoming studio, where you’ll have the full attention of our stylists throughout your appointment.

We recommend booking a 1-hour appointment - especially for school formals, special events, or if you’re still exploring options and would like to browse. If you’ve already narrowed down your selections, a 30-minute appointment may be suitable. Clients can typically try on up to six pieces within a 30-minute session.

Our appointment calendar is released 1-2 months in advance. If you’re looking to book for a date later in the year, please note that availability will not yet be listed. We recommend checking back closer to your preferred date, as new appointment times are added on a rolling basis.

Appointment Fee

The appointment fee is non-refundable, however it is fully redeemable against a hire booking made within 7 days of your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 4 hours prior to your appointment time are eligible for store credit (valid for 3 months).

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time by scrolling to the bottom of your booking confirmation email and selecting “reschedule link” or “cancellation link.” Alternatively, you’re welcome to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note:

Only one appointment fee can be redeemed per person, per event date.

Store credit from cancelled hire bookings and loyalty points cannot be used to book appointments. If used, the appointment may be cancelled and refunded.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our Rental Terms, and Cancellation Policy.

Booking Details

Each appointment is for one person. If you and a friend would like to attend together, you can book separate appointments in the same time slot. For group bookings (up to 4 people), please contact us directly to arrange.

While we do our best to have a wide selection available in studio, we cannot guarantee specific pieces will be in store on the day of your appointment. If you list particular items in your booking notes, we’ll contact you closer to your appointment date to confirm their availability.

To make the most of your time with us, we recommend browsing our collection online beforehand and preparing a shortlist of pieces you’d like to try.

Parking

Street parking surrounding the studio is metered Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please allow an extra 5 minutes to park and pay before your appointment.
