HOW DOES IT WORK?

I BOOKED DELIVERY - WHEN WILL MY OUTFIT ARRIVE?
If you’ve selected shipping, your outfit will arrive before 6pm on or before your chosen delivery date. We recommend including your event date in the order notes so we can prioritise accordingly.
If you require your item earlier, please contact us at hello@rentclub.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I BOOKED LOCAL COLLECTION - WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY OUTFIT?
We’ll be in touch in the days leading up to your booking to organise a collection time.
Please note that your item may be ready at any time during your selected collection day, so we’ll confirm a suitable time with you directly.
CAN I TRY ON BEFORE I HIRE?
We offer try on services locally in our store in Bundall, Queensland.
Try on services can be booked here.
You can book either a 30-minute or 1-hour try-on appointment. When booking, you’ll be asked to list any pieces you’d like to try.
If a requested item isn’t available during your selected timeslot, we’ll contact you beforehand to let you know and try to arrange another suitable time.
Please note that some popular or in-demand pieces may be unavailable to try on if they’re booked for hire during your appointment window.
If none of the available times work for you, feel free to contact us directly or check back later, as cancellations do come up.
I'VE BOOKED A TRY-ON AT YOUR STUDIO - CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
Yes - cancellations or reschedules made more than 4 hours prior to your appointment time are eligible for store credit (valid for 3 months).
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time by scrolling to the bottom of your booking confirmation email and selecting the “reschedule” or “cancel” link. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
DO YOU POST AUSTRALIA WIDE?
Yes, we do!
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately we do not offer international services.
WHAT IF I RETURN MY OUTFIT LATE?
We understand plans change but please keep us updated as this could affect someone else's booking!
We try to accommodate for changes where we can but do have a late fee in place.
The fee charged for each day late will be your rental price divided by the number of days you've rented for, up to 120% of the original RRP of the item. For example, if you selected a 4-day hire and the rental fee was $100, late fees would be charged at $25 for each day late.
HOW DO I RETURN MY OUTFIT?
All postal items will be delivered with a prepaid Australia Post Express return satchel. Use this to return the outfit over the counter at an Australia Post store or depot, on or before the specified return rental date at 3:00pm.
If you lose the prepaid satchel, you will need to pay for one yourself and it must be an Australia Post Express Post satchel. Contact us once you've done this and include the tracking number.
If you cannot attend an Australia Post store or depot to post back the item, please return via a yellow Australia Post Express postbox before the designated collection time on that date. This is at your own risk. If the parcel is lost and never scanned, you will be liable for a replacement.
All local hires rented from us must be returned directly to the collection address by 7:00pm on the specified rental return date.
WHAT IF MY OUTFIT DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY?
Don't worry - our fit policy takes this stress away! If your item doesn't fit quite right then you'll receive a credit note minus a $30 cancellation fee + shipping fees.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
WHAT IF MY OUTFIT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Quality is our first priority! If you believe your outfit has arrived damaged or defective please contact us immediately (within 4 hours of receiving the outfit) with clear images of the garment.
CAN I HIRE AN OUTFIT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD?
Yes you can! You can select a 4 or 8 day rental period via our website. If you would like to hire for longer then please contact us directly or direct message us on Instagram @rentclub.au
DO YOU OFFER AFTERPAY?
Yes we do! You can select Afterpay as your payment method when you checkout.
